Many Local organisations use the premises on a regular basis throughout the year, and events are advertised on the website and notice boards within the Foyer area and by the bus stop next to the building. The Halls are also licenced for public entertainment holding a PRS and PPL 5 licence. The council lease out the Bar rights and the current Licensee holds a personal licence to sell alcohol on the premises. The halls and committee room can be hired 7 days a week from 8am to 10pm, with the pricing structure set into sessions: daytime evening hourly and whole day. Additionally there is an outside patio area and garden. Externally there is ample parking at the front and rear of the building. A foyer, cloakrooms, toilets (including an accessible toilet) and a kitchen complete the internal public setup. The main hall has a maximum capacity of 180 with chairs and stage, or 110 with tables and chairs the small hall and committee room are separated by a folding screen, so that when necessary they can be combined to make a bigger room. There are 3 rooms for hire as well as a Kitchen and licenced bar. The building is easily accessible and generally user friendly as the whole complex is on one level.
